Limited One Year Warranty
Nulife
Freedom Clubs
are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date
of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Nulife Golf will, without charge to the consumer, repair the
club or any part thereof which proves to be defective during
normal use within the first 12 (twelve) months after the
date of purchase or, at its option, replace the club with a
new or refurbished club. Nulife Golf does not warrant its
products against damage caused by third parties. This
warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes
or other normal wear and tear. Nulife Golf will fix such
blemishes and scratches, however, for a fee. In addition,
this warranty does not cover a damaged or bent club shaft.
Nulife Freedom Clubs
are manufactured with industry standard shafts. Should a
club shaft become damaged, the customer may have it repaired
or replaced at any golf pro shop. Any modification of the
original Nulife Golf product voids this warranty.
In order to obtain warranty service, you must first contact
Nulife Golf to obtain a Return Authorization Number, which
must accompany the club when you return it for warranty
service.
Product returned for credit or refund will be subject to a
prepaid 15% restocking charge based on the current retail
price of the product. Payment of the restocking charge may
be made via check (requires 7 days additional) or credit
card when the Return Authorization Number is issued. All
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. Any Defective product repaired or replaced will
be returned to the customer within the continental United
States freight prepaid. Outside of the United States, local
taxes, tariffs or shipping charges may apply.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. NULIFE
GOLF DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY; INCLUDING THE WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE CONSUMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS: A
CONSUMER MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS DEPENDING UPON WHERE HE OR
SHE LIVES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG A WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE
EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE.
